For this tutorial, I will be using Paint Shop Pro v8.0 - and it will work in newer editions. I don't know if it will work in Photoshop.

I will be using this picture of Sasha Cohen & Robin Wagner

Click in the middle of the line between the two points to make a third point.

Leave the two corner points as they are, and adjust the middle point to:

              Input: 114

              Output: 150

And you're all finished.

Untitled - A new fiction by me

the track: The Stowaway - Murray Gold; performed by Yamit Mamo

Characters: Jack, Rachel, Owen, Suzie & Toshiko
Starring:
Romana & the night that Owen and Rachel catch Janet the Weevil

It's possibly millenia since the Hub last saw a spring clean, and the staff at Torchwood Cardiff have no idea why they are cleaning.
When Jack leaves the Hub, it soon becomes apparent why they were cleaning.
An old member of staff is coming back.

Exactly why they were cleaning the Hub, the staff at Torchwood Cardiff didn't actually know. They all just assumed that Jack had woken up that morning, thinking the Hub deserved a good spring clean, albeit in the middle of a warm summer, in which, Suzie had already decided, she should have been back in her old job, in a shop in Cardiff City, because, she thought, at least she'd be around people who got on well with people in the outside world, instead of a technician, who to her knowledge didn't have any friends, a doctor, a brilliant one, who, since his girlfriend left him four months ago, went on the pull every weekend, and an apparently American man, whose dress sense seemed to be stuck in the middle of the 1940's.
Toshiko, the technician, was polishing the computers, after deciding they had gathered a lot of dust, and, that Jack and Owen were far too irresponsible with delicate, and actually quite important equipment.
Owen, the doctor, was cleaning the Autopsy room. So far, he had found three (quite rusty) scalpels, and a stethoscope that had belonged to Torchwood's previous medical officer. Who also happened to have been an ex-Girlfriend of his. He had also found what was possibly Torchwood's only medical dictionary ever, because it was old, battered, and the pages were yellowed. Its publish date also happened to be 1882.
Suzie was cleaning the boardroom. There was nothing interesting to be found, and she had twice put her hand in something sticky, which, on closer inspection, had turned out to be chewing gum.
Jack, the apparent American, was sat in his office, clearing through the hundred or so scraps of paper on his desk that acted as a diary, and drinking coffee.
It was when Owen swore loudly, that Jack's mobile rang.
"Ah," he said, checking his watch. "Good morning, missus Jones." He listened for a moment, as his caller explained where she was, and when she was expecting to arrive in Cardiff. "That's fine," he said in reply. "I'll be there." He ended the call, and put the phone in his trouser pocket.
Two voices shouted simultaneously across the Hub. "OWEN!" They both said.
"Whatever it is," Jack said, stood at the door of his office. "Forget it!" He demanded, taking a set of keys from his pocket. "I've got to go out. Toshiko, make sure Owen finds something that even vaguely resembles Weevil spray. And everyone," he finished. "I want this place clean within the hour. I'll be back."

Less than half an hour later - and when he'd managed to work the parking meter - Jack walked along platform four at Cardiff Central train station, looking very out of place, amongst commuters waiting for the 10:57 from London.
According to the platform information, the train was due in Cardiff in two minutes, although Jack expected it to be ten minutes until he saw the person he was waiting for. She wasn't very organised at all.
He stood right at the end of the platform where he knew the back of the train would arrive.
Sure enough, after two minutes, the Arriva Trains Wales, London to Cardiff service, pulled into the station.
The platform was temporarily filled with buisness men and women, and, as it seemed, excited teenagers from a London secondary school, on a trip. Or, Jack noticed, in the case of one woman, it was to meet her apparently sex starved boyfriend, because she jumped off the train, and straight at the man, and started snogging him.
It was when the platform was almost empty, that he noticed there were two people struggling to get off the train.
One, was a shortish man, fair haired and pale skin, Welsh, and a train conducter.
The other, was a woman. Tall, dark haired, mid colored skin, and who reminded Jack of being someone related to Toshiko, although she wasn't. She was wearing a flowery dress, white shoes, and a belt, which pushed everything above her waist, up, and slightly outwards.
The train conductor was helping her off the train, as she had three large boxes, and a rucksack.
They both stumbled off the train, and she dropped her mobile, and a set of keys off the top of the two boxes she was carrying.
Once on the platform, having picked up her mobile and keys, the train conductor left her, and she stood infront of Jack.
He offered to carry the boxes.
"No!" She snapped. "I tried that in London. I fell on my back twice."

Twenty or so minutes later, having left the boxes and rucksack in the SUV, the two of them walked into the Hub together, where, under the instruction of Jack, the rest of the team greeted them.
She let go of Jack's arm, and smiled, cheekily.
"Rachel?" Toshiko said, loudly, to say what she knew Owen was thinking.
"Did you miss me?" Rachel asked cheekily.
